The Optoma EP-PK-101 PICO Pocket Projector is one of the smallest portable digital projectors on the market today. It is also one of the most popular portable digital projectors and it’s no wonder why. Coming in at just 4 0z. this projector is super ultra portable and supports connections to a variety of input sources including iPod, iTouch, iPhone, and any other machine with composite output.
Even though the Optoma is a lightweight, this projector boasts big specifications with the ability to project images up to 60″ and with an LED light source which lasts for over 20,000 hours. This projector has a throw ratio of 1.9:1 and a projection distance of 10″ to 102″. The Optoma EP-PK-101 can be charged by battery, USB cable, and AC Adapter.
I find the Pico pocket projector really isn’t powerful enough for larger presentations or projecting in less than pitch dark rooms. However, I really like this portable projector for it’s micro size (it’s about the size of an iPod) and it’s great for small group presentations, watching movies, and gaming while you’re traveling.
