This speaker is a uer friendly solution for those who don’t want to deal with complicated installation and wires of traditional speaker systems. However, the Yamaha YSP4000BL does not skimp on performance and gives outstanding surround sound rivalling that of professional equipment.

Perfectly capable to be used for surround sound and a/v receiver
Coupled with a subwoofer, this is perfect for the person who wants a movie experience without the overload of multiple speakers, receivers and wires.

Purchased this product 2 weeks ago, very pleased with it. I wanted to avoid alot of wires due to brick walls and no atic in tv room, soundbar seemed logical.

Amazing Sound From 1 Speaker
Quite frankly I could not tell surround sound from plain old TV sounds and was pointed in the direction of the Yamaha YSP4000 by a total tech geek.

Excellent, one serious flaw that ruins it for HD DVD watchers
Ok well 1st of all this product works great, as long as you plan to play dvds, it is an excellent system.
